Today we had breakfast, the 2 eggs skillet and they made a variation of the breakfast burrito for me. I'm allergic to eggs so they substituted beans and it was so delicious I can't wait to come back. Next time we are going to get lunch or dinner and try the Asian dishes! The restaurant slowed down while we were there so we were able to talk to the owners and staff. We are so happy to have such a great restaurant and family in the community. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did!

We’ve now been on the road from Ohio to NM for ten days, with ten more ahead of us. Reviewing the trip, I’d have to say this was the very best meal of our trip. So good, in fact, that we plan to stop again on our way home so we can try more of the tempting entrees and, especially, the specials. My husband was a little bit “on the fritz” so he wanted something simple and easy to digest. Pork fried rice fit the bill, and it was hands-down the best fried rice I’d ever had. The meat was amazing! I had the bibimbap with seven kinds of homemade kimchi, and it was wonderful too. This is a wonderful addition to La Veta and, in fact, the entire region.

Me and my family just ate here and omg the food was amazing, the service was even better and even the chef came and asked if the food was good. I had the korean chicken and ube waffles and it was incredible, the outside of the waffle was perfectly crisp with a soft fluffy inside, the chicken was battered perfectly lightly but was exploding with flavor, and the sweet chili syrup sauce that went over the top just enhanced all the flavors to the max and made it the perfect amount of spicy. I had a side of the homemade kimchi with my meal as well and it was equally as phenomenal. Great prices for big portions, this is honestly one of the best food places I have been to especially in this area. The menu is also quite diverse with a few different cuisines. Should absolutely try if you get the chance!!!
